Darn, still waiting for Tower, MN to see -60F air temperature again, not likely soon. Sub zero is manageable easily without wind. Cold becomes more dangerous well below -30F and especially lower than -40F. I've been outside for longer periods in northern Wisconsin in those air temperatures without wind chill and it does get tiring after awhile, even with very heavy duty gear on.
