Apartments in Tupelo, MS (and surrounding areas) (New Albany, Pontotoc: maintenance, live)

If you live or have lived in one or more apartment communities in Tupelo, MS or a surrounding city, please post your experiences with and/or opinion of each one. This forum should be used to highlight positives as well as negatives. I hope this forum will become a sort of guide to people who are relocating to the Tupelo Metro area for their job or another reason and who do not have local resources (newspapers, apartment books, etc.) or the ability to go tour the community until time is critical. Web sites advertise the apartments, of course, but I hope this forum will provide a deeper look into apartment communities with personal experiences.

Surrounding cities include but are not limited to: New Albany, Blue Springs, Sherman, Pontotoc, Belden, Chesterville, Myrtle... etc.

Be sure to post the name of the Apartment Community and the city it's in, at least. If you can, please name the owning company (such as Mid-America Apartment Communities, Heritage Apartments, etc.).

I lived at the Glen at Kirkwood for 2 1/2 years and LOVED every minute of it. Marie (the manager) was always friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff was prompt and courteous as well. They have reasonable prices and a BEAUTIFUL pool.
