Los Angeles is currently grappling with deinstitutionalized mental patients, sex offenders, drug addicts, and the list goes on. I encourage anyone who is interested in the safety and health of their community to watch this video. I live 30 minutes of the City of Los Angeles. I think this video was released today.

Thank you Mouldy for bringing this very serious matter to everyone's attention. You can't let this happen to Mississippi. Don't let the Dept. of Justice ruin your state.

LA has a homeless population of about 65,000. The question what can be done? Tax payers should have to pay for it but ultimately will.
