How hard is it to find part-time jobs in the service industry in Missoula? My boyfriend and I are contemplating a move to the city and wondering if we will starve to death before we can find a job.

I doubt it would be very difficult, especially if you have some experience -- we have lots of hotels, motels, restaurants, bars and casinos. If you're looking for retail that's a different story. Keep in mind that in Missoula these are very-low-wage jobs, though -- under $8/hour.

Sandwiche, you may not starve to death but you will be eating macaroni and ramen. This place is expensive. Keep in mind that the majority of the jobs will be service industry and you will be competing with tons of U of M grads. Also, if you rent, do not go through Lambros Real Estate. [Mod Cut]
