I agree same could be said with some of the neighborhoods in Mobile.

In my mind I think that’s because Daphne and Fairhope have roads that are major thoroughfares for not area residents, they kind of have to keep up good landscaping to keep appeal for non residents, on Spanish Forts case there aren’t really any non-residents going through the city (maybe Bay Minette but that’s it). Spanish Fort is more “isolate” if you will than the other two, so it’s more appealing to wealthier people
