Regarding Canada: Effective 3/14/2011, residents of B.C.; New Brunwick; Nova Scotia; Newfoundland. Labrador; Ontario & Quebec are permanently barred from the WA Sales Tax exemption.

Residents of Alaska, CO; Delaware; MT; Oregon & New Hampshire qualify for the WA state sales tx exemption...... HOWEVER,------------

In all cases, the "seller" is NOT required (by law) to grant the exemption!!

Interesting....eh??

Isn't the West Edmonton Mall right there? Heck that place looks like a sweet shopping trip. In fact my girls and I are planning a week long shopping spree there. Have you checked into the Mall of America? Thats a pretty fun place if you like shopping. we found really great airline prices and hotel rates were good also. Had a great girls week there, but looking foward to the Edmonton Mall for sure!
