I doubt it will affect Gelato... that is sort of a specialty place. It will likely cut into, but not eliminate the Starbucks though. Did you hear when they intend to open there?

They'll have to rebuild Hardee's property from scratch inside and out.

When Dunkin Donuts opened in Sabraton it was converted from the old Exxon station. It took about a year to renovate.

I would fully expected the 2nd location to be open by this time next year.

shouldn't effect Starbucks, because Starbucks gets a lot of its business from people who "hang out" at Starbucks. I would know because that is what me and my friends do and usually get a couple drinks each during our time there. Dunkin is more "on the run", except when I did live in Florida a couple of buds of mine and I would hang out there as well!

Duncan also has good coffee but charges less for it than Starbucks, and as you pointed out, since they cater more to on the go folks, I believe there is room for both of them in proximity to each other. Do you know if the owners of this location are the same as the one in Sabraton?

Sorry guys. Just got to a comp. Not sure of the who and when. Popeyes is still a no go although it is just a matter of time now. Anyone know what the new pad at stc is going to be? In case you were wondering where I got my info from: check out facebook and go to monongalia county resources. You will see the announcement about halfway down.
