Good news! There are no new mortgage frauds. But the bad news is that the old schemes are becoming more intricate, and the criminals who work them are more active then ever.
"Mortgage fraud is so easy, even a caveman can do it," said Scott Borshears, the FBI's mortgage-fraud coordinator.
No wonder fraud has become the f-word in the home-loan business.
It isnt easy to defraud some one on a mortgage numbers dont lie if the borrower can read the fine print then he or she shouldnt buy a home most people dont under stand the guidelines so they think its fraud when they get themselfs in problems people over spend most of the time and think that the banks did fraud to them they wernt complaining when they needed the cash out and the banks got it for them the people did fraud when they didnt pay it back (cash out) what you like is your fault .
