First: Your 100K is realitive. Some sucker bought your old house with an inflated price.
2nd: Instead of placing the funds into a safe place, you invested the 100K into the other home hoping some other sucker would by your house for 200K more than you bought the house.
3rd: Sell and call it even. Lesson Learned never buy a house hoping to get rich.

lol ohh wow....name is quite fitting I kid!

First.....We sold our previous house at the going rate for that time...
Second......We invested our profits into an area we liked at the time with no hopes of making any additional money off of it.
Third.......and I'll repeat myself We did not purchase our home "hoping to get rich". See what happens when you assume?

Advice appreciated even though it was from a "tool"

We have a town home that we purchased at the peak and have lost money on paper. I think I would wait it out if you can. Things will pick up again. Best of luck to you.

I say again for deeper penetration, I would have not sunk 100K in a home to move in two years, knowing that you had personnal reasons and bad school system. The question to ask yourself is why you threw your money away. Stay away from Vegas...

lol.....okay sweetie listen......and carefully because I typically do not like to repeat the fact that I actually made a mistake. I clearly posted in my OP that what we did was stupid.....However, since I do not have a time machine lol, I was simply asking for advice on what the best thing to do now would be......stay or sell....it really is that simple. I do thank you for your efforts always appreciated.
