Clearly the people posting advice on this topic don't have first hand knowledge of HUD operates. Here's what I have learn, or dare I say not learned. Calling the HUD resource center will not get you answers. The only thing you can get from them is your date . My date was 8/10/13, I am currently still not cleared from CAIVRS. I have called, emailed, and googled everything possible. The only thing I found that may help clear me from their list is the email address "sfdatarequests@hud.gov". Three post have indicated that they have been removed sometimes within hours after emailing this person. Of course you have to be pasted your date of eligibility which you can get from FHA at 1-800-CALL-FHA. I wish you luck, as I too need to be removed. If you have found success please email with the information at stecolp@sbcglobal.net. Good luck

I read a post were the person didn't long after the 45 days, and didn't appear they were going to if theyhadn't emailed the below address.
