You're not the only one. It's ridiculous to pay an additional $3-$5 to see a movie that in my opinion is just as good as the regular version. I have no desire to see a 3D Movie.

I haven't seen these recent blockbuster 3D movies yet, but that will change with The Last Airbender. The last time I saw a 3D movie was when everyone was given those white paper glasses with the movie ticket as a kid!

3D is awesome in the movie theater. But when they are on dvd they suck, and plus when its in 3D they just waste their time trying to make everything pop out at you

I get motion sick pretty easily. I can't watch 3D. Hel* I have trouble with new TV's at peoples houses (I have an old "regular" TV, no HD). Not sure whether its the flat screen or HD or what but I have no idea what I'm gonna do when my TV dies and everything is HD. I'm getting old, TV is pretty big for me.

I think it's a fad.

-I think it's partially a cover up of the fact that *movies have gotten stale*. The studio execs can't admit that, so they cover it up with things like "3D". Well, if it's 3D, then it can't be that bad? Goes the thinking.

When you look at Karate Kid, A Team, and similar remakes, plus the technological influence (CGI, 3D). It's been a stale era for movies, from about 2003/04 to 10. Herbie Fully loaded? Land of the lost?

Plus, aren't the studios worried about declining DVD sales? It's similar to the HD conversion. You basically are buying something you dont want or need.
