Vote in the poll and the choice you choose name your favorite movie(s) of that genre you picked.

If you choose "other" name the genre that would fall into that category and then name your favorite movie(s) in that genre.

Please when voting in the poll, choose your actual favorite genre and not just the genre your favorite movie falls into.

Other I suppose. The question of whether film noir qualifies as a distinct genre is debatable, so I guess it would fall in the catagory of Crime Dramas which is not in your poll either.I love the cinematography in noir, the images created.
Out of the Past
Asphalt Jungle
Gilda
The Killers
Kiss me Deadly
Anything with or by Orson Welles

I can't believe I forgot other . I hope this doesn't prevent people from posting. Also I thought just the basic genre would suffice for most people, because even though I do prefer courtroom dramas over comedies there are so many sub-genres it could get too complicated and I don't think my poll would have held that many selections.

A good movie is a good movie regardless of genre but most of the movie I enjoy are either foreign /Indie ones ( which can be from all genres by the way.

"Foreign" is not a genre . I love foreign comedies, dramas, crime, horror, animation etc... "Foreign" just indicates it is not domestically produced.

Comedy.
I used to like crime and action before it all became a desperate hunt for special effects.
