My fav is the bus scene from The Graduate when DH and KR run away from her wedding. I read the book first and literally rolled off the couch laughing and when the movie came out it was also a hilarious scene.
The Warriors, near the end where they have been followed back to coney island by the Rogues and Luther starts to sing "warriors come out to play" while tapping the bottles
The end of Sixth Sense blew me away but the scene that really touches me is when the kid explains to his mother what is going on while they are in the car. Toni Colett shoulda got an oscar.

And I love SO many scenes in the movie Office Space, but when they are beating the copier to smithereens with the rap music playing - really good stuff! Classic.
