I'm a little surprised not to see Casablanca here - I can watch that movie anytime, anyplace and in any mood. After that, in no particular order, I'd go:

Citizen Kane
Dr. Strangelove
The Godfather
Jaws
Local Hero
The Maltese Falcon
Notorious
Pulp Fiction
Rear Window

There are other movies that I love to watch when I'm in a particular mood, but I can watch these 10 anytime at all.
