SANTA MONICA, California (AP) -- Owen Wilson was reported in good condition Monday, a day after he was taken from his home by ambulance, a hospital spokeswoman said.
A source who is purportedly close to Owen Wilson confirmed that the actor did indeed attempt suicide over the weekend, according to the syndicated entertainment show "Extra."
The unnamed source told "Extra" that Wilson has been depressed for the last few months, but insisted it is not over a broken relationship. The source also said that Wilson's brother, fellow actor Luke Wilson, found him and that Wilson's family and friends are shocked.
No way???!!! Of all people, why?? He didnt seem like the type who would have any reason. And he has SO much going for him. Was he going through a divorce? Did something happen in his life to make him think there was no other way out? Thats shocking, hes one of my favourite people.
