Ugh. Tim Burton turned into a one-note director about 20 years ago, and he's still playing the same note.

Unless Pee Wee Herman rides into this movie on his bicycle, I'm just not interested.

Agreed. I was about an hr into the movie and couldn't figure out what the movie was about. I'm a HUGE Johnny Depp fan but this is probably his worst.

Not sure if it was an hour but I remember turning it off when he was at the other writer's house...the big swanky place..and he was peeping at the girl and someone walked in on him. That's where I gave up.

Johnny Depp's latest movie has him cast as a burnt out wild man suing his ex-wife who may be even wilder.

It's more heavily promoted than many of his movies. Rumor has it, his next movie has a working title of How to Make a Mockery Out of Marriage.
