Can anyone help me find the name of an old black and white 15 minute film or short that had dog actors dressed as people? It was about an orphan who was reunited with his mother during a court proceeding and ended with the line "me mudda, me mudda, a boy's best friend is his mudda".

I remember those! I remember the elaborate costumes. Dogs in drag, ballgowns, chandelier earrings, big hats, suits... In the one you mentioned, is the dog wearing a boy tie, or a weird hat? Does any one remember a western in a saloon with an all-dog cast? How about the western movie with an all-little people cast? They all rode ponies!

It must be in one of those some where! Not sure which one??? or it could be on All Quiet On The Canine Front 1 or 2? I could imagine someone crying for their mother in that situation!
