Robin Williams is funny. Walter Matthau is awesome. But it's Jerry Reed who steals the show.

I've heard of the movie but never seen it but it looks interesting cause it has a good cast and I'm a big fan of Walter Matthau and Robin Williams

It's hard to believe these days, but some people think that Albert Brooks was the funniest man on the planet. Back when he was an early filmmaker: Modern Romance, Real Life, Lost in America. But these definitely fall into the cult/humor genre, assuming you aren't looking for more feel-good types of comedies.
