I am trying to remember the name of a movie from I think late 90's to early 2000's. It has an African-American actor in it..(that is the actor I am trying to remember). The scene is that this African-American man is a good guy searching for someone who plays a bad guy. He arrives at this dank basement where an overly obese white guy is keeping two teenage girls hostage. One girl is blonde, and the other is a brunette. After the African-American man asks the white obese man about the man he is looking for, the white obese man goes to the brunette girl and proceeds to rape her. (the main reason I am looking for this movie is I can't remember the African-American actor's name, however that is the only scene I can describe from the movie.) Anyone know it?
The black guy being Charles S Dutton, a psychiatrist who joined with a fat white sheriff's deputy to rape and murder girls. Then his wife Halle Berry got visited by the ghost of the one girl, and everyone thought she'd gone crazy, but she solved the mystery.
