Wow, that was a great movie. Very tense. What I liked about it was that in spite of having a lot of characters, they really did some good character development in a short amount of time - that's good writing, good directing, good acting.
I watched another early '70's classic movie last night from my cable list: Tales From the Crypt (1972). It starred Joan Collins, Peter Cushing and Ralph Richardson. The lesser known actors were also very good. Really enjoyed it. It was five suspenseful tales, each less than twenty minutes. At the beginning, the five main characters meet with the Crypt Keeper, played excellently by Ralph Richardson and they also converse in between each episode and again at the end. I found those moments to be just as entertaining as the episodes themselves were.

[quote=Dude111;46925495]I last watched RISKY BUSINESS (1983) on VHSRisky Business!
I loved Risky Business! It has been about 15 years since I have last seen it. Will have to watch it again soon.
I continued my early 70's movie watching binge last night (last four movies I watched have been from that era) with Vanishing Point (1971). It starred Barry Newman who later starred in the 70's TV series Petrocelli. It also starred Cleavon Little who was most remembered for his role in Blazing Saddles. Lol. Liked much of the movie. Did not care for a few parts of it though. Would rate it a 7 on a 1-10 scale. However, it was original and probably one of the most thought provoking car chase movies you will ever see.
