The Cranes - Future Song
Spraynard! A new song for these ears of mine! It inspired me to share at first, songs from a movie that was considered absurd at the time of it's making... which to Me was liken to the future speaking thru the artist to show something considered absurd (1973) but quite fitting for this age.

So I thought first to share one with less controversy...

the stars recede in the night skies... been dead for centuries...

Brendan Perry - Crescent - appearing on the album Ark (2010)

...she brings me flowers to ease the pain
she brings me light where only darkness reign...

and now, the movie I refer to is Alejandro Jodorowsky, well known filmmaker for the controversial film of 1973, The Holy Mountain. Produced by Beatles Manager, Allen Klein. The movie can be quite disturbing and I do not suggest for the majority to partake of it's music or viewing. Only that if you can stomach the symbolism, that you might find it quite accurate...

I cannot come on often for am helping to care for a friend but find the music posted inspiring, fresh, and deeply moving/ compelling.

If you thought "What's Going On?" was maybe the most beautiful record Marvin Gaye ever made, you should hear what the Funk Brothers did before Gaye laid down his vocal track. Just by itself, this is beautiful music . . .
