After you giving `6 Wives` a mention on the prog thread I thought I`d give it a spin, Once I found it that was!! I haven`t given it a spin for years and all I have is the original vinyl [ must get a cd copy]. My vinyl is stored across several rooms and in no particular order, so finding anything can be an adventure to say the least!! No doubt imho it was his finest hour as a solo artist and that`s something to say when we look at the size of his output,,,,,
As an aside what does he quote as, in his opinion, the finest album ever????,,,,,
The Who `Live At Leeds`...Now there`s a thing,,,,

Wow, where did you dig up that quote? Very interesting.... glad I jogged you to give old Rick a listen , I hadnt listened to that particular album in 20 years, decided to dig it out myself, have been looking for "Journey to the Center of the Earth" for about 2 hours. Our storage situations sound similar!
