You mean that 80s song by Frankie Goes to Hollyweird? I don't think they played it to death like some of the other ones,it kinda takes me back in a way.
Btw I think that song is about sex or drugs or something.
I was never a fond of Frankie Goes to Hollywood's "Relax", the song was definitely annoying and repetitive, I don't think the song was played to death on the radio either.
Here is my list, and I'm sure there are quite a few songs missing!
Aerosmith: "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing"
Freddy Fender: "Wasted Days and Wasted Nights"
Leo Sayer: "More Than I Can Say"
Chris De Burgh: "Lady in Red"
Debby Boone: "You Light up My Life" (wasn't that song #1 for 12 weeks??)
Dan Hill: "Sometimes When We Touch"
Morris Albert: "Feelings"
Captain and Tenille: "Muskrat Love" and "Do That to Me One More Time"
Aqua: "Barbie Girl"
Tina Turner: "Missing You"
Carpenters: "Ticket to Ride"
David Soul: "Don't Give up on Us, Baby"
Air Supply: "Even the Nights Are Better"
Tiny Tim: "Tiptoe through the Tulips"
Bryan Adams: "Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman"
Charlie Daniels Band: "The Devil Went down to Georgia"
Neil Diamond: "September Morn"
Aerosmith: "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing"
Chris De Burgh: "Lady in Red"
Debby Boone: "You Light up My Life" (wasn't that song #1 for 12 weeks??)
Captain and Tenille: "Muskrat Love" and "Do That to Me One More Time"
Bryan Adams: "Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman"
I agree on the Aerosmith and the Bryan Adams, great bands but those songs are way too sappy!
Chris DeBurgh had a good one with 'Don't Pay the Ferryman'
And well Debby Boone and Captain & Tenille remind me of my childhood

Of the songs you've mentioned the ones I either don't like or can't stand are
Tina Turner: Missing You (an inferior version of the John Waite classic)
Bryan Adams: Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman (it got played way to death on the radio back in mid-1995)
Aqua: Barbie Girl (Can't stand that song, so annoying and dumb)
Tiny Tim: Tiptoe Through the Tulips (what an annoying song)
Captain & Tennile: Muskrat Love (never liked that version or America's version at all)
Aerosmith: I Don't Want to Miss a Thing (I thought this was Aerosmith's sellout period)
The other songs I can tolerate even though I've always loved Randy Vanwarmer's "Just When I Needed You Most" and Charlie Daniels Band's "The Devil Went down to Georgia"
