In popular music, this is often known as the song intro or just the intro. The introduction establishes melodic, harmonic or rhythmic material related to the main body of a piece.

I didn't know if it mattered whether or not the beginning was with music or talking. I love how them songs get started. If you want one that starts with good music, this is the first one that came to my mind.
