Could I have loved someone like the one I see in you
I remember the good times baby now, and the bad times too
These last few weeks of holdin' on
The days are dull, the nights are long
Guess it's better to say

Goodbye to you
Goodbye to you
Goodbye to you
Goodbye to you

Mistakes are human. I'm usually pretty good matching a song and artist, yet sometimes people will see something wrong and insist it's right. My ex was like that about some song, forget which. But I'm like, that's the Gin Blossoms, and she was insistent that it was some other band. Or YouTube, it has Stuck in the Middle with You by Stealers Wheel. Stealer's Wheel plays, but it's credited to someone else!

A Dying Cub Fan's Last Request
by Steve Goodman

Do they still play the blues in Chicago
When baseball season rolls around
When the snow melts away,
Do the Cubbies still play
In their ivy-covered burial ground
When I was a boy they were my pride and joy
But now they only bring fatigue
To the home of the brave
The land of the free
And the doormat of the National League

If you leave I won't cry
I won't waste one single day
But if you leave don't look back
I'll be running the other way

Oooh....she's a little runaway
Daddy's girl learned fast
All those things he couldn't say.
Ooh, she's a little runaway.
