I guess you haven't listened to any of his freestyle. Very few artists have the OH SH#$ factor on a a record for radio. You can't compare the 2 - they are very different. I never said Kanye was bad, I just don't think of him as a "RAPPER" per se.

has nothing to do with being a NYer, I think plenty of garbage is coming out of NY. I guess I'm looking at this more from a lyrical standpoint than who makes better records. Kanye makes better records, but lyrically 50 is far better - but I know his freestyle, so I know that side.

2pac (not high on my list, but a lyrical master), puts both of them in to the dirt. I give props to anyone who deserves it. Kanye is very commercial, therefore, perceived to be better, he isn't in my opinion and it has nothing to do with 50 being from NY.

A better question would have been Biggie (first album) vs. 50 - styles are much more similar (Gangsta Factor, which Kanye does not have) - Hands down you choose Biggie (at least i do).

If you mean obscene words in lyrics by "OH SH#$ factor" then Kanye has some foul words in his lyrics too e.g. from "Stronger"

And you don't give a f*** what they all say right?
...
That I would even show up to this fake sh*t

So go ahead go nuts go ape sh*t

Specially on my best stand on my bape sh*t

Haha, are some of you serious?

50 Cent is in part of the "worst four rappers" group in hip hop.

To tell you the truth, I cannot stand either one but I have to give the nod to Kanye. I get sick of hearing both of them.

There are probably thousands of underground rappers that runs circles around both.

Not at all - you should be able to get your point across with out cursing, but that is a part of the whole game.

I know what you mean, kanye is more "popish" than 50.
They're all commercial however.
