also looking to move to mb this spring anyone know of a good realtor a couple of the realtor internet sites we checked when we call the realtor they never answer just want you to leave a message
Thank you for the Arrowhead tip-we will check the area out. We have heard good things about Berkshire Forest...Anyone have any thoughts about that area? We are still searching away and absolutely are taking all suggestions to heart right now. I have spoken with a few realtors in the area but to be honest- they are pushing certain areas or homes that really do not even come close to our preferences...I think we would prefer to stick with renting in the event that we find the area (or the schools) are not quite what we were hoping for (or that it is something we love and we want to take time to find the right home for us...). We likely will not be coming to the area prior to the move- the request will be a quick one when it goes through and we will have to load up and go (Not an easy feat!) Still open to suggestions about the area....Would love to know anything about the area that anyone can offer to us~ Good or bad!
Berkshire Forest is part of Carolina Forest which you indicated you wanted to avoid. Renting is definitely the best option if you cannot come down prior to your move to explore the area.
