Hi: There is so much information on here and I really appreciate all the info. everyone has provided.
My husband might be accepting a job at Costal Carolina University. If so, we will have to make a quick move from VA.
We have never visited SC and won't have much time for research. We are a married couple in our late 30's with an infant and would love to hear suggestions about good communities to look into. I imagine we would want to live within 25 mins. of the university. Are there any cities/towns/communities you would recommend or think we should avoid?
We are looking for a suburbia feel with affordable housing (good schools, safe neighborhoods, away from the hustle and bustle, a good place to raise a family).
