Looking for good Blue Crab bars or restaurants? (Myrtle Beach, Garden City: appointed, houses)

My wife and I are coming down to visit in mid-July and I'm hoping to find a place that serves blue crabs "Maryand style" - if they dumped it on a newspaper or brown paper covered table to eat, all the better. When I lived in Baltimore, they had crab houses and the bars would oftentimes would sell them by the dozen (because the seasoning made you drink alot of beer). Any places like that around the Myrtle Beach and Pawley Island area?

Yes! It is a bit of a hole in the wall, but Shiver me Pinchers in Myrtle Beach is the place to go. They have a variety of steamed seafood (blue crabs, shrimp and crab legs) that are just served in baskets (nothing fancy here). Last time we went the blue crabs were not in yet, but I am sure they are now. Order up some seafood, beer and a side of napkins and I promise you will not be disappointed!

Additionally: The owners are from Maryland!

Also you could try Backfinz Maryland Style Crab House in Garden City, about 10 miles south of Myrtle Beach. They dump the crabs on the paper for you, plenty of beer, and many Ravens/Orioles memorabilia on the walls.
