We understand. We began looking about 3 years ago and then felt we weren't ready. When we were we looked at the Holly and Millie, even priced the Holly with an added two feet around the house. Comparisons were too close and we preferred the Millie floor plan much better after having stayed with friends who have a Holly and visiting a friend in the Meadows who has a Holly with the two extra feet.
We're looking forward to the end of June as we plan on moving permanently on July 1. Until then, we will be visiting in another 10 days which will probably be our last visit before the new year.
It's amazing how quickly the new phase of Meadows sold. We were one of the first to reserve a lot (August 2013), signed our contract in February 2014 and was among the first houses started. Last month I was told they had one lot and then put a for sale sign on the model which is a Holly!!
