Looking to get some insight from area residents..

Canadians looking for a rental/retirement property in and around Naples.

We plan on renting it out and then eventually using it when we retire (15+ yrs from now) and here is our search criteria

2 bed, 2 bath condo, min 1000 sq ft, amenities, close to beach, willing to spend up to $100K.

If you were in our shoes what areas of Naples would you consider purchasing a property? Is it easy to rent in Naples? High demand?

If anyone can recommend a good real estate agent to help with our search

Thanks

Default Would you be interested in our condo in Countryside?

You posted you're looking for a two bedroom condo in the naples area around $100k. We currently have our condo in Countryside for sale. Just finished upgrading the flooring, and great rental possibilities, as the golf and pool is right across our driveway. Please reply if you are interested in more information, and we might be willing to offer you a flexible arrangement to let you try it out, or do a rent to own... Just pm me..

Just an FYI, some condo associations do not allow renting and some do not allow pickup trucks. There are some odd regulations in some places so there is extra homework to do.

Default Did you ever buy?

We are looking at purchasing a condo this spring. How was your experience? Did you buy. How easy is it to find renters?
