From what I have read and seen online I think I would love Naples fl. I am currently living in long island ny and it is just way too expensive here and not worth it. I have gotten some advice on here before but I need more. I think I am going to go down this summer and check it out.

I am 21 and I work full time right now at a daycare. I would be moving with my mom and small dog. It's not like well move down there and not have to work. We both have to. I would look for something part time at a store or something while I get my degree online. My mom would look for a full time job as a receptionist or something.

Is it really hard to find jobs in that area in those categories? Any advice would be great.

Also how are drs and vets and reg shopping like target or grocery shopping? Does the weather cool down at all?

I have always been so against fl but from what I see I think I would like it.

My husband I moved here 3 yrs ago & depending on the type of work, it can be difficult to find jobs, especially out of season. I personally have not had a problem getting a job nor my husband, but some do complain. Shopping- theres alot of shopping. We used to shop at Publix, grocery, but cannot afford that store anymore & now food shop at Walmart.
There are ample vets & doctors here. Being a tourist area, they are readily available.
The weather does cool in the winter, but our 1st winter here it was down right cold. Alot of farmers lost crops etc. This past winter was gorgeous.
Take your own advice & check things first. Good luck.
