yep it sure is.....bears are turning into raccoons, squirrels, and rats
Population of bears is the highest it's ever been in the history of Florida...now they are encroaching into populated areas...with no fear of us
It's just a matter of time until the unthinkable happens

I’d be more upset by the stitch job they did in the ER than the bear attack itself. They should have called in a plastic surgeon for a consult.

Dream catchers circle is 18 - 6 and 8 unit apartments scattered around a pond with plenty of woods and wet lands only a hundred feet to couple hundred yards away . This kind of setting is great for a young bear looking for its own territory to stay around if people make life good for them . People cooking out maybe leave food in cars and garbage cans out side since theres no garages . Great place for a young bear to hang around at night !!

They could ask a game warden or biologist to speak at a owners meeting to help educate the city folks . Not something to be afraid of for a private home if you know how to act . But in this case neighbors and multi units settings every one has to take part in it too .

Corrie22 Then it a mom and kids . The bottom line is that people uneducated on how to life with wild life will walk out a door with out thinking what could be on the other side . Would those people do the same in the rougher parts of Chicago or Baltimore ?? If you live in a border line rural area you better find out how to make your property less attractive to wild life and hopw to wise your self up when out doors or learn how to attention when outdoors so you don't end up like this guy that's walk into a bear !

Today even in the heart of large city's you have to pay attention to both bad guys and wild animals like the night time roamers as coyotes are found in large city's across America in the dark !!

YOU know what the POINT , so what are people like YOU going to do about it beside get all flustered on a forum . ?? Kill all the wild life , worry your self crazy or educate your self .

Do a bit of research on wild animals in big city's . Its eye opening so some , nothing new to others .
