My husband and I are living in east nashville right now in a little 1 bedroom. We are looking to relocate to somewhere with a few acres (5+) for our dogs. We want somewhere safe and convenient to nashville since we both work in the city...my question is where would be a good/safe option that's not going to break the bank? We don't want to be more than an hour outside of nashville. Is this even doable? We like to be outside so outdoor Type things in an area would also be nice but aren't a deal breaker since we want some land for that very reason (: we're mid 20's no kids looking to stay under 200,000$ budget.

Check realtracs.com and input acreage and price point. I didn't see much in Rutherford County. This is in Wilson County and looks really nice!

Not sure about the commute? Google Maps says 32 minutes but . . . Well, the view is nice. Might need some paint . . .
