Good afternoon,

I am a black female who will be starting my masters program in the fall. How is Nashville diversity wise? Are there things for singles (black) to get into? Are there things to do for the young pre-professional crowd? Can anybody tell me about the University of Tennessee in Nashville? I heard that UT is combined with TSU or something to that effect. I have also been accepted to a MSW program in Richmond, VA and Im just trying to see what is the best move for me.

Thanks!

I can't answer most of your questions...But UT has a branch of the School of Social Work in Nashville. It is not in a university campus setting; it is in an industrial building. It is not near either of the TSU campuses. I don't believe there is any other UT program with it.

Nashville is extremely diverse in every way possible. That is one of the things I LOVE about it! That's all the information I have, but I would like to wish you well as you further your education! Best of Luck!
