My advice would be to live in Murfreesboro which is in the Nashville area. Rents are much lower there. Its also a College town and is home to the largest undergraduate university in the state. There are some Jobs, my son just got one. I'm sitting here now waiting for a Fed-EX truck with the papers for the new job. I know they are on truck. I called Fed-ex in the Am.
My son leaves NJ on Monday to start his new life here.
