I may have found a great place to live near Donelson at Lebabnon Pike and Spence, but wasn't sure how the area is as far as safety, friendliness, cleanliness and people? I drove through the area and it seemed "okay", but there is only so much you can get from the outside. I was told to that Hillsboro Village is a great place for me (26y female) but wondered if this place, that was a great fit (cost, roommate etc) is in a good enough area or if I should still look?

I would be working downtown and know the commute isn't too bad either.

Any thoughts in general about that area would be great. Would you live there if it was inexpensive and clean?

Thanks again~

Just to give you an idea of that area, you will be within walking distance from this fine establishment:

But they have free movies and water beds. Can't be all that bad. I'll bet you can even rent by the hour.

If you look at the bottom of the sign, you'll see that the rates are for three hours. I think that is a good thing. I would be embarrassed to tell my Craigslist escort that I only needed an hour.
