Anyone have any opinions on Riverfront condos?

They're not too far from Gay St but they're out of the way but by train tracks.

I wanted to check them out - but I was just wondering if anyone has any opinions on the condos or the area. It's right by Stock-Yard steak house.

I work in Cool Springs but I can't afford anything in that area, so I guess I have a 'reverse commute.'

The area is fine. The areas next to it (Hope Gardens/Germantown) are communities that experienced strong revitalization and now have cute, urban, attractive houses attracting plenty of young, hip families.

My buddy lived there his first year in Nashville back in 2007-2008. We used to meet up there and walk to downtown. It always felt perfectly safe. The resident makeup at R.C. is mostly young, professional, and I even saw a couple Titans out at the pool once. The rent will be pretty high for the shoebox you'll be living in, but the location makes up for it.
