Curious... if part of a college course, wouldn't you be expected to create the SWOTs and then do the compare/contrast?

Hi Dave, Thanks for reading my post. You are correct and YES I have already created a SWOT analysis for NEB. so I am wanting to find one online for NE and MO to compare with mine. We were instructed to look at two other state analysis and compare them and write a journal entry on our findings.
