Well, social work gone crazy...but aside from the Oath Keeper stuff, which should not be put in the order, the fact is that the issue with domestic violence, and anger management classes he did not attend. Sounds like they are trying to manipulate the Mom into leaving this guy by using her kids as leverage against her. I cannot stand CPS workers, most of them are on power trips, and are as sociopathic as the people they are investigating.
Two of her kids are already in foster care and they have refused to allow the father his rights going as far as refusing to allow his name on the birth certificate or his permission to put another name on it. Seems like for a group concerned about rights they have no problem violating his.
Two kids in foster care ...taxpayer funding. Probably number three...taxpayer funded. No wonder the countries in trouble. Time to look in the mirror.
"But according to an affidavit provided to Irish by the state Division for Children, Youth and Families, state officials took the child because of Irish's long record of violence and abuse. According to the affidavit, a judge determined that Irish abused Taylor's two other children. She is still married to the father of those children, though Taylor said yesterday that her husband has refused to accept her divorce petition for the past two years.
The affidavit also says that the police in Rochester report a "lengthy history of domestic violence" between Taylor and Irish, and that she accused him of choking and hitting her on more than one occasion. According to the document, Irish failed to complete a domestic violence course as ordered by the state, and that a hearing was held last month to terminate Taylor's parental rights over her two older children."
Infowars is about as reliable as the Weekly World News and it's "bat boy found in cave" stories. This story is a hack job where different items were copy/pasted together to portray a much more dramatic and inflammatory story than actually existed. The child being taken away had to do with a history of abuse, etc- and nothing to do with being a member of the Oath Keepers.
Personally I hope that the case of a wife beating low-life is not the one where the Oath Keepers choose to get some publicity; there are many more people much more deserving of support.
it's a strange story - for sure. The baby was taken from the parents before any crime, such as child abuse, occurred.
the parents were tricked - they were told by The Director of Security and the Head Nurse at Concord Hospital that their baby would be taken to be checked by the hospital pediatrician.
The state had zero business listing their affiliation with Oath Keepers (which they falsely listed as a militia) as one of the reasons justifying taking the baby, it's unconstitutional and dangerous to everyone.

It wouldn't be the first time the state distorted the law and the facts to test if they can get away with it.
