Either would be a good choice. Both school districts are very good..Bedford schools are a bit better. Bedford has a brand new high school. Smaller student numbers.
There are more cultural and social opportunities in Concord. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to live in either town.
Good luck

If I had to choose I would definitely go Bedford, great schools, generally there is a lot of property around the homes, not very congested. I currently live in Manchester and have been looking in bedford. I am originally from NJ and have worked my way up here before I had kids, now I have two. Most of our friends live in Bedford and are VERY happy there. Taxes may be a bit high due to the new high school, Bedford used to go to Manchester west. Maybe others can help you with Concord, I have heard there are good schools up there as well, I just happen to like the feeling of Bedford better. good luck!
