I'm hoping to move from MA to NH. My husband works in Boston and is understandably worried about his commute. He wants to stay on 93 but I'm wondering if 95 is better? I have 3 young kids and am looking for suggestions of a nice New England town with a good school district and feedback on the commute to Boston. Towns I've thought of are Derry, Atkinson, Exeter...not too familiar with the seacoast towns but open to suggestions!

Must he drive? He can get a commuter bus in Salem, Londonderry, Plaistow, Dover, and Portsmouth, that I know of (others might have more suggestions).

If he must drive, then traveling either before or after rush hour (in either direction) is best.

I drive to Boston on a regular basis during rush hour and I think 95 is far better then 93. There isn't much trouble on 95 most of it is on route 1 and in Boston. At least with route 1 there are many ways around trouble. I highly recommend C&J for bus commuter service from Dover, Portsmouth and Newburyport. Lots of commuters from Exeter drive to Newburyport to catch the bus. Boston Express is great from Nashua, Londonderry and Salem.

I rode Boston Express to and from Boston for over 20 years. Their prices are reasonable and the service is as good as possible.
