I need a two bedroom apartment that allows pets(3 cats). Does anybody know of any places? Also, what would something like that go for in Manchester in terms of average rents?

I'm looking to move there after Christmas from PA

Hello
1) check new hampshire apts/housing for rent classifieds - craigslist for apartments. (Keep in mind that many posts are made by the real estate agent handling the property, and this *should* be noted in each post whether they are the owner or the agent. )

2) get in touch with a licensed real estate agent who knows the area to get a list of all available properties.

Most property owners will want to run a credit check on all adults who will be living there, and you may have trouble finding a place that will accept the kitties (but it will be WAY easier than trying to find a place that will allow a dog!) Start your search early and check back often

Washington Park Estates on Route 3A in Manchester is the most affordable apartment complex with heat and hot water included in a two bedroom apartment for under $1000. They do allow cats - and some of the buildings are smoking buildings. They have a couple of weight/exercise rooms and a couple of outdoor pools as well as a park with swings. A very popular place for the college kids as well.

There are a couple of other properties run by the same people but are a little more expensive.
