Unfortunately the Tilton 500 is now defunct. The wonderful town of Tilton would rather have a large chain hotel instead of a small business. They assessed the property very high and taxes drove us out of business.

but on the bright side thanks Tilton for the $1 million it was sold for...

Thanks for the (sad) update. Did your family own the Tilton 500? We had such fun there as kids--unfortunately go-carts seem to be going the way of penny candy

Salisbury Beach MA had a go-cart track that we also went to pretty regularly, and I've heard that track has closed as well... condo's and a motel/hotel is coming in the spot. I guess this is what they call "progress"

Default Still have Kart and batting cage

I hope the hotel is empty and not doing much business. I still have one of the karts operating and a batting machine. The Track is gone but not forgotten

We've been eating at the Sun Rise Cafe across from the lake near Gilford/Laconia line.
Their eggs benedict and coffee is awesome!
