We noted a lot of what you are saying when we first started looking in southern NH. However, after a few years of looking around we found exactly what we wanted in Sandwich. So far, based on everyone we have met and everything we have seen it looks like it will stay that way in the foreseeable future.

Yeah, Sandwich is fine. Same with Tamworth next door.
