Lofts 34 in Nashua (move to, apts, cities)

My husband and I are thinking about a move to Nashua or Lowell, MA. I found Lofts 34 in Nashua and they look/sound beautiful. Has anyone had actual experiences with them? We're also considering lofts in Lowell and would love to hear comparisons of both cities! Many thanks!

I don't know about the Lofts 34 bld, but they did a good job on the Cotton Mill bldg next door and across the river, the Clocktower Apts are nice. Both have good reputations.
