Just keep in mind that they're 9 seat Cessnas. A very scenic ride, but not everyone's cup of tea. If you've got a fear of flying, can't cope with turbulence/a potentially bumpy ride, or need a bathroom on your 1-1.5hr flight, it's not for you.

There's also strict limits on how much baggage you can bring. IIRC it's 1 typical suitcase, 1 carry-on size.

NYC service is out of HPN (Westchester County Airport) and with a shuttle bus if you actually want transport to the city.

------------

Also, from a long-term perspective - The flights operate under federal Essential Air Service subsidy. If that program is ever changed or cut (or they don't meet their passenger requirements - not sure how that's being handled with COVID demand changes?), the flights would likely disappear.

With that said, MHT + BTV (Burlington) are both reasonable enough (1-1.5hrs), and BOS is 2-2.5hrs and will have a direct to almost anywhere.

Chicago MDW - MHT would not normally require a transfer, if it currently is it's due to COVID cutbacks that I would assume will reverse should we ever return to normalcy.

And if you live in NH and work in MA/VT/ME, as a good ~15% of the workforce does, you get to pay their income taxes anyway.
Moving to NH doesn’t save much $$. Property taxes and housing costs are sky high- as are utilities.

Plus if you work out of NH you have to pay income tax. It’s a wash.

If only the Boston commute meant only paying MassTax! Gas, parking, horrible traffic back-ups, expensive public transportation, train breakdowns and dealing with Mass drivers who will cross over 3 lanes off traffic from passing lane to right hand exit in 3 seconds. I only commuted for 7 yrs and thankfully retired .
Oh, and expect to be on the road by 5:30am or you won't get to your 8am job on time from the state line in Nashua.
