Sylvia shot himself in the foot with the Hispanic comments because now he has no support in the GOP (if he ever did). This proposal won't get beyond his rambling.

Hey if it comes up for a vote I'll vote yes, even if the people who call everyone they disagree with a racist call him a racist. It would be fun to see how the feds reacted to it. That said it'll never happen.
