mobile home parks in lebanon area (renting, mortgage, buying)

Hello,

I am looking to move to the lebanon area in the next year. I am single and need to have some affordable housing. I have been considering the idea of buying a mobile home in one of the local parks, as it seems the mortgage and park fee would still be less then renting. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with any of the parks, or if anyone had any advise on this topic....

Hello jbgirl & welcome to the New Hampshire forum. I noticed you did not get a reply to your thread & wanted to let you know there is a search feature in the upper right hand corner. If you type in Mobile Homes or Lebanon you should get some information that may help you.

thank you for sending me that link....i think it actually made me more skeptical about buying one, i was surprised to hear how many people are very judgemental about living in a mobile home park..but there was also some very useful info in there and gave me some things to think about...
