I totally agree Nicolem!

Further, the whole impetus of the Free State Project is to protect the Value System we had in place before all the Soviet Liberal Communists took control of the Legislature.

It is no surprise to conservatives and libertarians why mostly all Eastern Europeans who have immigrated to our country are like minded as we. Some of our good friends from Poland are sick to see how the oppressive socialist communist policies are now becoming entrenched within our political system.

I am convinced Liberals purposely created this illegal alien mess. As a child, I always could get work as a bus boy, washing dishes, mowing lawns, cleaning out septic systems and bailing hay but sadly today Mexicans are now doing these jobs!

Hard work builds character and the reason this Left Wing Conspiracy is flooding our country with illegals is only so they will create a generation of do nothing children. Which fits well into their scheme of total power and control. I think it may soon get to the point where we extend the hunting season to include those who continue to thwart are freedoms!

While I agree that there are many in this state and this country who infact want to do away with Capitalism and replace it with Socialism, I have to disagree with you about the illegal alien invasion. The American people have been betrayed by those on the left, the right and in the middle when it comes to illegal aliens. Different groups have different reasons for wanting this country to be overrun-whether it is for cheap labor, potential voters, whatever.

The American people have been betrayed by those on the left, the right and in the middle when it comes to illegal aliens. Different groups have different reasons for wanting this country to be overrun-whether it is for cheap labor, potential voters, whatever. There are politicians on every degree of the political spectrum who have betrayed the American people when it comes to siding and voting with illegal aliens over the American people. While I do agree, for the most part, it is conservative politicians who fight for the rights of Americans over illegals, there are plenty of republicans/conservatives/whatever who are very much pro-illegal. Just look at Kelly Ayotte who is running for senate in NH. She calls herself conservative but when she was attorney general refused to back Garrett Chamberlin when he pulled over a van full of illegals in New Ipswich. Have you ever read the Keene Free Press? I think it has a new name now but I have read more than one pro-illegal alien article in there-that is just one issue that I have with Libertarians-many are open border advocates and I had one yell and scream at me that we have no right to defend our border. I am not saying that democrats/liberals are any better. When it comes to enforcing immigration laws and securing our border, they are, most of the time, worse. The problem is many republicans/conservatives side with them.

What we need, both here in NH and nationwide are politicians who want to defend American sovereignty, defend the constitution and put Americans first. Sadly there aren't many anywhere willing to do that. Give me a politician willing to do this and I will vote for them in a heartbeat, regardless of what party they are affiliated with.

NH has a brain drain in most of the state. Younger educated people are leaving with the exception of Hillsborough and Rockingham counties. I think one way to tackle this issue is to provide greater awareness of the many small businesses and companies in NH. Many flock to larger cities expecting a greater array of jobs- only to find that the unemployment rate there is actually higher.

Good Points Nicolem! I would also add that Congressional and Senatorial Term Limits which were erased during our constitutional convention should be reinstated. The Articles of Confederation truly was driven by not being ruled by some small far off island and was primarily concerned with State and Local Sovereignty!

You would think Eastern Europeans would be like minded but I know people from both Poland (in the US via Canada) and the Czech Republic who still do not have a clue. This baffles me. You have some intelligent friends, Comet!

Yes, there was once a day not long ago when one could support a family on a milkman's income.

Hard work (like working in fields, etc. which no American should consider themselves above, regardless of intellectual capacity) not only builds character but exercises the mind toward ingenuity. You know, finding spontaneous solutions to immediate situations. The culture created by the conspiracy you refer to has not only caused a character - and dare I say virtue deficit but has also caused us to become complacent and we have not been flexing our ingenuity muscles nearly as much as we once did regularly.

Hoping this post appears, I had to re-register here and start from scratch w/newly spelled username since being blocked from my CD account for an unexplained reason....

I think too many socialists are moving into NH from MA, etc., and not enough of the free stater types moving in. It's the same thing that started in Vermont in the 60's and transformed it from a fairly libertarian and free state to the socialist one it is now. I suspect Northern NH will stay the most libertarian as happened in VT. Perhaps the economy will slow down the socialists moving into Southern NH.

NH is not that far gone..........these past 2 elections were more about Bush than local politics.

5 years ago there were 300 republican NH state reps out of 400, 18 republican state senators out of 24, and a republican governor.......so things could not, and did not change that fast up here. I admit the state is not as consevative as it once was, but this crowd of leftists in Concord is not going to last past 2010.
